  • SIZE
    Every product from Tabloid has a size chart with all the information for the best fit. The measurements are a guide however this may vary due the style and fabric of each product. Everyone, no matter what shape or size, deserves to look their best, so, if you are in between sizes or would have liked something a bit bigger or smaller, please let us know your feedback. If you still have doubts make sure to contact us via email contact@tabloidteam.com and we will be happy to help.
  • SHIPPING
    Once you complete your order Tabloid will take care of your package and ship from our warehouse to you. We will send you an email within 24 hours with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order any time using the 'Follow Your Order' option or you can find all information related to the order in 'My Account'. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday 2 pm (GMT). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. Shipping time depends on your location. Orders from Portugal placed before 2 pm (GMT) will be delivered between 1 to 3 days working days, orders to Europe will take to 3 to 5 days and to all other countries please allow up to 10 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.
  • RETURNS
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. If you are a customer in the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland, you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from the date when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods. We accept returns for products if they are unused and/or unopened with tags, within 14 days of purchase. We do offer store credit, no refunds unless the item is damaged or does not fulfil quality standards. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns for underwear, swimwear, gift cards or sale items. Please contact us prior to making a return.
  • PAYMENT
    The payment of the Tabloid's products or costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. In case of payment by credit or debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) are processed by encryption services (SLL) that guarantees the security of the transaction and your details.
  • Q/A
    Where can you ship to? We offer worldwide shipping to all destinations. Are customs taxes/fees/tariffs included in shipping cost? Tabloid is not able to adjust shipping to add customs fees for international orders on a global scale, so please be advised that additional taxes and fees may be required for delivery depending on each country. Where can I purchase Tabloid? Tabloid products are exclusively available via our online store here. Tabloid cannot be purchased at any other online store, boutique or retailer. What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation email? Please check your spam folder and make sure that contact@tabloidteam.com is in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent anti-spam filter from blocking further communications.
